PrEP作为预防药物，并不能完全保护您不受感染，每日定时服药，让药物浓度保持在一定水平能让您降低感染几率。 2. 随意断药、漏服都会导致药物浓度降低并增大感染几率（断药、漏服期间产生高危行为的，不仅有感染风险，还会带来耐药风险，让此后的治疗更为复杂）。 3. 2026 版《中国 HIV 暴露前预防用药专家共识》：每日方案首剂服用 2 片，之后每天固定时间服用 1 片，可更快达到保护所需的药物浓度。 4. 不建议在服用期间尝试任何无保护行为，服用期间必须正确使用安全套，PrEP不能保护您不受其他性病感染，如梅毒、HPV等，也不能预防怀孕。 5. 有严重肝肾功能障碍人士，如正在感染乙肝的人士，请在服用前咨询专科医生。 6. 服用首月后及服用3个月后定期检查HIV及肝肾功能。 7. 如你需要在服用PrEP期间使用其他药物，请提前进行药物相互作用查询，在确保无相互作用的情况下合理使用。 1. It is not recommended to practice any unprotected sex during the period of taking the drug. Condoms must be used correctly during the period of taking PrEP. PrEP cannot protect you from other sexually transmitted diseases, such as syphilis, HPV, etc., nor can it prevent pregnancy. 5. People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, such as those who are currently infected with hepatitis B, please consult a specialist before taking the drug. 6. 依照 2026 版《中国 HIV 暴露前预防用药专家共识》，停药时间按暴露方式确定： 男性（发生性行为的情况）：末次高风险行为后继续服用 2 天。 女性等阴道或人工阴道性行为接受方，以及血源性暴露者：末次高风险行为后继续服用 7 天。 这一差异来自不同组织中药物的代谢和清除速度不同，并不代表某种方案“不够安全”。如存在混合暴露、漏服、启动时间不足或同时存在其他感染风险等情况，请让医生重新评估，不要自行机械套用天数。 再次使用前：检测HIV及检测肝肾状况，评估潜在风险后再次启用。 Under the 2026 Chinese Expert Consensus on HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, how long you keep taking PrEP after stopping depends on the type of exposure: Men (in the context of sexual activity): continue taking PrEP for 2 days after the last high-risk exposure. Women and other receptive vaginal or neovaginal partners, and people with blood-borne exposure: continue taking PrEP for 7 days after the last high-risk exposure. The difference reflects how fast the drug is metabolised and cleared in different tissues; it does not mean one schedule is “less safe”. If you have mixed exposures, missed doses, an insufficient run-in period, or other concurrent infection risks, ask your doctor to reassess instead of applying these numbers mechanically. Before re-administration: Test HIV and liver and kidney status, and start taking after evaluating potential risks.
